How it moves

From the brief to the bill of lading.

Whether the car is for the UAE or for export, the path is the same five steps. The words on the invoice stay stable the whole way.

  1. 01

    Name the port first

Tell us whether the car stays in the UAE or leaves through a named discharge port, and whether you need left- or right-hand drive.

  2. 02

Choose stock or send a brief

Buy a car already in Al Quoz, or describe one we should find. If it is not in the yard, the offer says so.

  3. 03

Read the car, then the price

Photos and known faults travel with the offer. The invoice states FOB, C&F, or CIF. FOB is the car at Jebel Ali, not a landed price.

  4. 04

    We paper and load

Purchase, export documents, and loading sit with this desk. RoRo or a sealed container is chosen for the car.

  5. 05

    You clear at destination

The bill of lading comes back to you. Duty, tax, and registration at the far end stay with you and your local broker.

Questions buyers ask first

+What do FOB, C&F, and CIF mean here?

FOB is the car at Jebel Ali, ready to load. C&F adds ocean freight to a named discharge port and leaves insurance out. CIF adds freight and marine insurance to that same port. Destination duty is none of the three.

+Can you find a car that is not in Al Quoz?

Yes. Send the model, year, budget, steering, and whether it is for the UAE or for export. A search stays labelled as a search until we own the car.

+Do you import as well as export?

Yes. Buyers in the UAE use the desk to bring a car in. Buyers abroad use it to take a Dubai car, or a car we source, out through Jebel Ali.

+Who pays tax when it arrives?

The buyer does, with their destination broker. We prepare the export side and name the price basis. We do not quote a landed price that hides local tax.

+Where is the car handed over in Dubai?

Viewing and handover are at Warehouse 5, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4. Export loading is at Jebel Ali. The desk is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

+What should I check before I ask for a car?

Age limits, steering, fuel rules, and whether your country inspects the car on arrival. If a rule would block it, we would rather say so before anyone pays.
